About Product Handling
To ensure long-term use of the product, please read the instruction manual and perform regular daily maintenance.
-
※For maintenance of stainless steel, wood, and leather products, please refer to the material-specific instructions.
To maintain the aesthetic appearance, perform regular daily maintenance. Wipe lightly with a dry, soft cloth.
If dirt is severe, wipe with a damp cloth or a cloth soaked in a diluted neutral detergent (approximately 5%-10%), then wipe with water, and finally, use a dry cloth to thoroughly remove any moisture.
Ensure proper ventilation after maintenance.※Do not use detergents other than neutral cleaners (e.g., toilet cleaners, chlorine-based cleaners, acidic or alkaline cleaners, scouring agents, etc.).
※Do not use organic solvents such as benzene, thinner, or alcohol, nor antifungal agents. -
About Stainless Steel Products
Stainless steel is not a rust-proof metal. Depending on how it is used, rust such as “transferred rust” may occur.
If rusting does occur, please take note that the rusting is purely superficial and does not penetrate deeply the steel like other iron products.
Regular and proper maintenance can significantly prolong the already long lifespan of stainless steel products.
Please understand the correct handling methods for stainless steel products and how to deal with rust should it occur.●Causes of Rust
・Transferred Rust
“Transferred rusting” occurs when iron particles present in the air or tap water adheres to the surface of stainless products.
Using tap water or other water sources with high iron content, aged water pipes and environments with excessive dust and dirt can easily cause rusting to occur.
・Contact with Different Metals
When different metals come into contact with stainless steel, the potential difference between the metals can break the passive film on the stainless steel surface, leading to rust formation.
・Foreign Substance Contamination and Use
Leaving substances containing salt or oil on stainless steel can cause rust. Also, do not use chlorine-based detergents or bleach, as they can contribute to rust formation.●Handling Precautions for Stainless Steel Products
・Do not allow wet products made of different metals (such as iron or aluminum) to remain in contact with stainless steel for a long period.
・If salt or oil adheres to the surface, immediately wash it off with water, wipe it dry with a cloth, and let it dry thoroughly.●Maintenance of Stainless Steel Products
・When cleaning dirt, wash with water as much as possible. If the dirt is persistent, use a neutral detergent and rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
・When cleaning brushed stainless steel products, use alcohol or a diluted neutral detergent to remove dirt. After cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth, then dry with a soft cloth.
・To remove rust from stainless steel, use a cream-type stainless steel cleaner with a sponge. After rubbing, be sure to rinse thoroughly with water.Do not use abrasive powders, metal scrubbers, or sandpaper. While they may remove rust, they can create deep scratches that could lead to further rusting. -
Chrome plating is a surface treatment that combines a beautiful appearance with corrosion resistance, but during rainy or humid seasons, a white substance known as “white rust” may form, causing white spots or stains.
The surface of chrome plating has numerous microscopic pores that are not visible to the naked eye. Moisture and dust can penetrate these pores, leading to white rust. If left untreated, it may deteriorate the chrome-plated layer.
Please understand the correct handling methods and how to deal with white rust if it occurs.●Regular Maintenance / White Rust Removal Method
If white rust appears, it can be removed by polishing with a metal polish containing fine particles or an automotive stain remover & wax using a soft cloth made of microfiber material.
※We recommend using products containing fine particles up to approximately 3 microns. After removal, regular maintenance using standard cleaning methods will help maintain its appearance for a longer period.

Wooden products have variations in color and grain, which may differ depending on the product or part. Additionally, they may deteriorate or discolor due to UV exposure. Please understand this in advance.
●Handling Precautions for Wooden Products
・Avoid contact with sharp or hard objects and do not scrub with abrasive powders or sandpaper, as they may cause scratches or cracks on the surface.
・If the surface gets wet, it may cause stains or discoloration. In the case of natural wood, it can lead to corrosion, damage, or even falling hazards. Therefore, wipe it off as soon as possible with a dry, soft cloth.●Maintenance of Wooden Products
For cleaning, gently wipe with a dry, soft cloth.
If the dirt is severe, wipe with a cloth dampened with water or a neutral detergent diluted with water (5-10%), then wipe off the moisture with a dry cloth.
Do not use benzene, thinner, alcohol, toilet cleaners, mold inhibitors, chlorine-based cleaners, acidic or alkaline cleaners, or abrasive cleaners.Applying a small amount of wax to a cloth and wiping the surface, then buffing with a dry, soft cloth, will help maintain the shine. -
Products made of genuine leather may discolor, fade, or develop scratches, cracks, or mold. Regular maintenance is recommended to ensure long-term use.
●Handling Precautions for Leather Products
・While we take great care during the dyeing process, color variations may occur depending on the part of the leather.
・During use, natural oils from your hands may seep in and alter the color.
・If used in a location exposed to light, the color may fade in areas where the light directly hits.
・Light-colored products may absorb color from other materials.
・Contact with sharp objects may cause scratches on the surface.
・In dry environments, cracks may form on the surface.
・In high-humidity environments, mold may develop on the surface.●Maintenance of Leather Products
・If the surface gets wet, wipe it off as soon as possible with a dry, soft cloth.
・If the dirt is severe, use a leather cleaner to remove the dirt, then apply leather cream.
・If cracks appear, apply leather cream to the entire surface to restore moisture. (Cracks that have already formed cannot be undone.)
・If mold develops, brush off the affected area, then apply leather cream. (Once mold appears, it may reoccur.)
・Avoid using strong chemicals when cleaning. If they accidentally come into contact with the leather, wipe them off with a well-wrung cloth, then remove any remaining moisture with a dry cloth before applying leather cream.
・Do not use thinner or benzene, as they may cause discoloration. -
